LIHEAP Subsidy - Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program begins Monday, November 2 and runs through December 11, 2009.   Click here for complete details.

Household income must be at or below the following, relative to household size:

For households of more than 9 people, add $406 for each additional family member.

What do I need to bring with me when I apply?

  • Most recent heating bill or verification that heating expenses are included in the rent;
  • Social Security Numbers or Permanent Residence Card Number for each member fo the household; and
  • Proof of all household income from the preceding month.
 When can I apply?

Applicants will be taken in alphabetical order based on the first letter of the head of household's last name using the following schedule:
